$20 Per Month, Per HVAC System
The Elevated Comfort Club™ is a preventative maintenance membership designed to help keep your heating and cooling system operating efficiently and to identify potential issues before they become major repairs. This membership is not a warranty, insurance policy, service contract, or guarantee against future breakdowns.
Each enrolled HVAC system receives:
Membership pricing is per system. Each HVAC system must be enrolled separately.
Members receive unlimited free diagnostic service calls during regular business hours for enrolled systems while the membership remains active and in good standing.
A free diagnostic service call includes troubleshooting and diagnosis of a reported HVAC issue.
The free diagnostic service call benefit covers diagnosis only and does not include repair labor, replacement parts, refrigerant, materials, permits, rental equipment, crane service, after-hours service, weekend service, holiday service, or any other costs associated with repairing the equipment.
If Elevated Services HVAC recommends a repair and the customer declines the repair, all future free diagnostic service call benefits will be suspended until the recommended repair is completed or otherwise approved by Elevated Services HVAC.
Once the recommended repair is completed by Elevated Services HVAC, free diagnostic service call benefits will be reinstated.
Elevated Services HVAC reserves the right to deny repeated free diagnostic visits for the same unresolved issue when recommended repairs have been declined.
The Spring Maintenance Visit may include:
Outdoor condenser coil cleaning is included once annually during the Spring Maintenance Visit only.
Additional coil cleanings required due to excessive dirt, grease, pet hair, cottonwood buildup, construction debris, neglect, or other abnormal conditions may result in additional charges.
Indoor evaporator coil cleaning is not included.
The Fall Maintenance Visit may include:
Outdoor condenser coil cleaning is not included during the Fall Maintenance Visit.
Preventive maintenance helps reduce the likelihood of equipment failure, but cannot prevent all breakdowns.
During maintenance visits, technicians inspect and evaluate the condition of the equipment based on visible conditions and operating performance at the time of service.
Elevated Services HVAC does not guarantee that a system will not fail before, during, or after a maintenance visit.
Some components may fail without warning and may not exhibit symptoms during inspection.
Maintenance services are intended to identify visible or measurable issues and improve system performance, but are not intended to predict all future equipment failures.
The Elevated Comfort Club™ is not a warranty, extended warranty, home warranty, insurance policy, maintenance guarantee, or equipment replacement plan.
Membership fees do not cover:
All repairs require separate customer approval and are billed separately.
Membership is intended for equipment that is operational and safe at the time of enrollment.
Elevated Services HVAC reserves the right to deny enrollment or require repairs before enrollment for systems that are unsafe, severely damaged, non-operational, improperly installed, condemned, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for preventative maintenance service.
The customer is responsible for:
Missed appointments that are not rescheduled within 30 days may result in forfeiture of that maintenance visit.
Membership benefits apply only while the account remains active and current.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership benefits are not transferable between properties, owners, or HVAC systems.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by Elevated Services HVAC.
Either party may cancel the membership at any time.
Upon cancellation, all membership benefits immediately terminate.
Elevated Services HVAC shall not be liable for equipment failure, loss of heating or cooling, water damage, mold, property damage, loss of income, utility costs, spoilage, discomfort, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from equipment operation or failure.
The customer understands that HVAC equipment can fail unexpectedly despite regular maintenance and inspections.
By enrolling in the Elevated Comfort Club™, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this membership agreement.
The Elevated Comfort Club™ membership fee is $20.00 per month, per HVAC system enrolled.
Membership pricing is calculated on a per-system basis. Each HVAC system must be enrolled separately to receive membership benefits.
By enrolling in the Elevated Comfort Club™, the customer authorizes Elevated Services HVAC to automatically charge the credit card, debit card, ACH account, or other approved payment method provided by the customer for the monthly membership fee.
Membership payments will be automatically drafted each month on the billing date established at enrollment and will continue until the membership is cancelled in accordance with this agreement.
The customer agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file at all times and is responsible for updating payment information if the payment method changes, expires, is replaced, or otherwise becomes invalid.
If a payment is declined, returned, disputed, charged back, or otherwise fails to process, membership benefits may be immediately suspended until the account is brought current.
Elevated Services HVAC reserves the right to terminate membership for accounts that remain unpaid for more than thirty (30) days.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Membership begins upon enrollment and remains active on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled by either party.
Either the customer or Elevated Services HVAC may cancel the membership at any time by providing notice prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but does not entitle the customer to a refund of previously paid membership fees.
Any unpaid balances for services performed prior to cancellation remain due and payable.
By enrolling in the Elevated Comfort Club™, whether online, through a service technician, by telephone, through a customer portal, or by any other enrollment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
