Free service call applies when a repair is approved. If no repair is approved, a standard diagnostic/service fee of $129 will apply and is due at time of service.

If repairs cannot be completed during the initial visit due to parts availability, system conditions, or if an installation is required, the $129 diagnostic fee will be collected and credited toward the total cost of the repair or installation if completed with Elevated Services.

This promotion is valid for residential service calls within our standard service area only. Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, emergency calls, commercial properties, specialty equipment, or locations outside normal service areas.

Same-day service and repair completion are subject to technician availability, system accessibility, safety considerations, and parts availability.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. Limit one promotion per household/system.
